What is the Oklahoma Fun Hunt & Picnic?

It is an event for bird hunters and bird dog enthusiast to spend a day together. It gives you the opportunity to meet others who share your passion as well as hunt released birds, enjoy a free shotgun seminar, practice your shooting, visit with Pro Dog trainers for tips and tricks on dog training, enjoy a free product expo, win free products and enjoy a great barbeque lunch.

What if I don't want to hunt?

The hunt is for those that want to run there dog(s) on a short morning hunt. It is optional, if you don't want to hunt you don't pay for it. There is no fee for the hunt, all you are paying for is the cost of the birds. You can still enjoy the barbeque lunch for only $10.00 The $40.00 includes released birds and lunch.

What do I have to do to win prizes?

To win prizes all you have to do is be there. Prizes will be given away in a raffle.

Is this a competition?

No, the hunt is just for fun. No Judges. nobody scoring you or your dog it just for fun! There will be a few Chukar released with a special prize for anyone that bags a Chukar.

What if I have a Product to show or sell?

Please let us know so we can plan on Space. There is no fee for vendors or quest.

I will have puppies for sale. Can I bring them?

Absolutely, bring your pups, your started or finished dogs for sale. Even if your expecting pups show off the sire and/or dam.

Will dog be provided for the hunt?

Dogs will not be provided, however if you wish to participate in the hunt and you don't have a dog, contact us and we can find someone that would be willing to let you hunt behind their dog?
